Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse movie review: Leaves you spellbound and craving for more!
When was the last time you went to a movie and cheered out loud, laughed hard, gasped in excitement, clapped with joy and felt sad that the movie ended too soon? Let me guess, your answer is either never or it was long long ago that you don’t even recall when.
Whatever your answer may be, don’t ya dare to miss Spider-man: into the Spider-Verse movie on screen in 3D. It is one of those rare films where everything is awesome and you want more of it.
Almost all of the parallel/multi universe based stories tend to fall in the abyss of too brilliant or too confusing for regular moviegoers. But, thanks to great writing and stick to basics narration, this new multi Spider-man movie jumps over the abyss easily and delivers an outstanding experience to its audience avoiding any possibility of confusion.
The animation and 3D are one of the best I have seen for any animated film. The comic book style texture and narration is very pleasing. The quality and detailing of each scene is jaw dropping and the 3D experience with almost zero ghosting deserves applause.
Beyond all the technicalities the movie has a great soul of a young boy in his early teens trying to do something he loves but burdened by the expectations of a strict but loving father. A boy trying to cope up with his new found powers and trying to live up to the expectations of a promise he made. Along with him are other Spideys from alternate universes striving to go back to their homes. All these emotions work seamlessly and light up the screen, scenes
and the whole movie.
And when everything ends, you will leave the theaters cheering happily and wanting for more and more of the series.
Comes with a very high recommendation from me. Also, don’t miss out the end credit scene paying homage to an episode where it all started.
